Transforming Lives
Rebuilding Futures
In Marion County
&
Across Central Indiana
Our Mission
Our mission is to harness the talents, resources, and experiences of formerly incarcerated individuals to empower, guide, and encourage those still serving time and support those reentering our communities.
We Believe
The incarcerated individuals we serve hold the power to transform our communities. We believe, given the resources and opportunity, these individuals are the overlooked answer to helping reduce the crime and violence that is stealing so many of our youth. We believe it is a time for Felon’s to unite and step up to support our communities.

Serving Youth Inside Facilities
Guiding Youth Sentenced as Adults
Recycled Futures is a one-of-a-kind course serving Indiana youth—ages 14–17—who’ve been sentenced as adults and face time in prison. These young men await transfer to adult facilities after turning 18. Recycled Futures prepares them for what lies ahead, equipping them to navigate prison life and begin re-entry from day one, from the leadership of Landis Reynolds, who once walked in their shoes.
Juvenile Transition Program (JTP)
JTP is the other side of the coin to our Recycled futures program. The goal of the JTP program is to have mentors inside each adult facility waiting to meet the young men as they transition to adult facilities to serve the time. These mentors, who are incarcerated themselves, provide guidance, stability, and real-time support to continue our work with these youth once they arrive to the Adult Facility.
